Ashini Patel

I am Ashini Patel. I am a senior with a minor in Philosophy and majoring in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. When I firstt came to Lehigh I was majoring in Biology but I quickly fell in love with the mechanisms I learned in Organic Chemistry and switched to chemistry. I currently am part of the Vicic group, where we work to make ligands coordinated with transition metals which are used to catalyze redox reactions.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Eckardt seminars I have been in. The Eckardt seminars are a great way to escape my focus in Chemistry and discuss other topics with other scholars. It is also nice to see friendly faces around campus.
